Preparation

Cook from frozen – always cook until piping hot

Oven:
Do not remove lid. Place in preheated oven Gas Mark 6 / 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes.

Stir Fry:
Allow to defrost. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry for 2 mins.

Microwave:
Press out contents into a dish suitable for microwave ovens and cover. Cook for 4 minutes on full power in an 800 watt microwave oven. Uncover, cook for a further 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. (Guide only, times may vary according to microwave power.)
