Preparation

Cooking Instructions – General: For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. After heating leave tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. These cooking instructions are a guide only.

Oven cook – From Frozen: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.

Microwave – From Frozen: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 8½ minutes (700W), 7 minutes (800W), 7 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
