From our family kitchen to yours, Mayflower has always been about bringing authentic Chinese flavours to the table.

As a family-run business, our roots trace back to Hong Kong in the 1950s, when we first began creating and serving Chinese cuisine. When we made the UK our home, we brought these much-loved recipes with us, and they quickly became favourites here too!
Our iconic Mayflower Curry Sauce first reached kitchen tables across Britain in 1985. For 40 years, it has been a household favourite. It’s loved for its flavour, simplicity, and the way it transforms everyday meals.

Today, Mayflower products are sold and enjoyed everywhere.

From universities, schools and hospitals to chippys, takeaways and retailers like B&M, Farmfoods, Home Bargains and Iceland. It’s this success that’s made us a household name, trusted by families and food lovers up and down the country.

Behind the scenes, we’re part of King Asia Foods, one of the UK’s leading specialists in Oriental and Asian food manufacturing. Every Mayflower product is carefully made at our Doncaster site, where we make sure it meets the highest standards of taste and quality.
