Preparation
Cook from frozen – always cook until piping hot
Oven:
Do not remove lid. Place in preheated oven Gas Mark 6 / 200°C / 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
Stir Fry: Allow to defrost. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry for 2 mins.
Microwave: Press out contents into a dish suitable for microwave ovens, and cover. Cook for 4 minutes on full power in an 800 watt microwave oven. Uncover, cook for further 2 minutes. Stir occasionally (cooking times may vary dependant on microwave)
