Preparation

For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. Remove the outer packaging and pierce the film lid in several places. After cooking leave the tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Take care when removing the film lid as hot steam will escape. Check that the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. These cooking instructions as a guide only.

Oven Cook – From Frozen: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Preheat oven to 200°c/Fan 180°c/Gas Mark 6. Please on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and Serve.

Microwave – From Frozen: Remove outer packaging and pierce the film lid in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 8 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.

Air Fryer – From Frozen: Remove all packaging and place the ribs into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 180°C and cook for 14 minutes.
