Preparation

Sauce Pan: Whisk 85g (3oz) of curry sauce mix into 340ml (12fl oz) of cold water into a saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat. Serve hot.

Microwave: Whisk 85g (3oz) of curry sauce mix into 340ml (12 fl oz) of cold water in a large casserole dish. For 800-watt microwave oven, set timer on full power for 5 minutes. Stir well after every minute (guide only times may vary according to the power of the microwave).
