@searchingforspice’s curried chicken baguette combines crispy chicken balls, spicy curry sauce and fresh toppings in a crusty baguette.

Serves 2
- 85g Mayflower extra hot curry sauce mix
- 340ml cold water
- 12 Mayflower Chicken in Batter balls
- 2 Small baguettes
- Small bunch coriander leaves
Optional toppings
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 chilli pepper, sliced (seeds removed)
- Small knob ginger, sliced into thin batons

Method
- Cook the chicken in batter according to the pack instructions.
- Prepare the optional toppings.
- Cook the curry sauce according to the pack instructions.
- Fill the baguette with the curry sauce, coriander, chicken, more curry sauce and then any toppings you like. Serve any extra curry sauce on the side as a dip for the baguette.
