Mayflower Spice Bag Pizza

Serves 2-3
- 1 x 14” stonebaked pizza base
- 100-120ml Mayflower curry sauce (made slightly thicker than normal)
- 180-220g crispy shredded chicken, cooked
- 150-180g mozzarella
- ½ bell pepper, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced

- 1 tsp oil

Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C fan (or follow your pizza base instructions).
- Cook the crispy shredded chicken from frozen according to the packet until crispy.
- Slice the pepper and red onion into strips. Toss with 1 tsp oil and a sprinkle of Mayflower Spice Bag in a Pot.
- Make the Mayflower curry sauce slightly thicker than normal so it doesn’t make the pizza soggy.
- Spread 100-120ml curry sauce over the base, leaving a little crust around the edge.
- Add most of the mozzarella, followed by the seasoned peppers & red onion and crispy shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle over a little more Mayflower Spice Bag in a Pot and finish with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 8-12 mins until the cheese is bubbling, the veg is slightly charred and everything is piping hot.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of Mayflower Spice Bag in a Pot and serve with extra Mayflower curry sauce for dipping.
