Katsu Fried Rice Wrap
A quick and easy chicken wrap filled with rice, vegetables and soy-seasoned chicken, served with rich Mayflower curry sauce. Inspired by @leanne_sara_26 and ready in around 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 125g chicken breast, diced
- 20g white rice
- 20g peas
- 20g swede & carrot
- Sprinkle of dried oregano
- Sprinkle of garlic granules
- 20ml light soy sauce
- Mayflower curry sauce (prepared as per packet instructions)
- 1 large wrap

Method
- Add the diced chicken to a frying pan and cook until fully cooked through.
- Season the chicken with oregano and garlic.
- While the chicken is cooking, boil the rice and vegetables until tender, then drain well.
- Add the cooked rice and vegetables to the pan with the chicken and mix everything together.
- Stir in the light soy sauce and cook for a further minute.
- Spoon the chicken and rice mixture into the wrap.
- Prepare the Mayflower curry sauce according to the packet instructions and drizzle over the wrap.
