Chicken Satay Bagels

A super-quick chicken satay bagel fakeaway with melted mozzarella and warm curry sauce. Inspired by @georgiaskitchen_ and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel thin, halved
  • 6–8 chicken satay bites
  • 20–25g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Mayflower curry sauce (prepared as directed)
  • Parsley or spring onion (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Lightly toast the bagel thin halves.
  2. Place the chicken satay bites on top of each half.
  3. Sprinkle over the grated mozzarella.
  4. Air fry or grill for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is hot.
  5. Drizzle warm Mayflower curry sauce over the top.
  6. Finish with parsley or sliced spring onion if desired.
