Chicken Satay Bagels
A super-quick chicken satay bagel fakeaway with melted mozzarella and warm curry sauce. Inspired by @georgiaskitchen_ and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bagel thin, halved
- 6–8 chicken satay bites
- 20–25g mozzarella cheese, grated
- Mayflower curry sauce (prepared as directed)
- Parsley or spring onion (optional, for garnish)

Method
- Lightly toast the bagel thin halves.
- Place the chicken satay bites on top of each half.
- Sprinkle over the grated mozzarella.
- Air fry or grill for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is hot.
- Drizzle warm Mayflower curry sauce over the top.
- Finish with parsley or sliced spring onion if desired.
