Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Mayflower Southern Style Gravy Mix
- Mash (homemade or shop-bought)
- 1 pack popcorn chicken
- Handful of sweetcorn
- ½ pepper (e.g. ¼ red and ¼ green), diced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Handful of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Method
- Dice the pepper and slice the spring onion into small pieces.
- Prepare the mash or heat up shop-bought mash according to instructions.
- Cook the popcorn chicken in the air fryer as per packet instructions until crispy.
- Make the gravy according to the packet instructions.
- Heat the sweetcorn.
To assemble:
6. Spoon the mash into a bowl and create a few ridges on top.
7. Add the cheese and microwave until melted.
8. Pour over half of the gravy.
9. Top with the popcorn chicken, sweetcorn, pepper and spring onion.
10. Finish with the remaining gravy and serve.
