Bang Bang Salt and Pepper Chicken Burrito

A bold and delicious Bang Bang salt & pepper chicken burrito stuffed with rice, peppers and cheese, served with curry sauce for dipping. Inspired by @jason_eats and ready in around 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast (250g roughly)
  • 75g of Mixed Peppers (frozen)
  • 2Tspn of Salt & Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Packet of BANG BANG Rice
  • 50g Half Fat Mature Cheddar (grated)
  • 2 White Wraps
  • 15g of Mayflower Curry Sauce

Method

  1. Fire your Chicken into the airfryer at 200 for 10mins
  2. When there are 3mins left fire in your Mixed Peppers and let them cook with your Chicken
  3. Put your rice into the micro and cook as per instructions and grate your Cheese
  4. When your Chicken is ready set aside to let it cool down whilst you make your Curry Sauce
  5. In a cup add your Curry Sauce and around 100ml of water, mix this till fully combined with no lumps – cook in the micro at 20 second burst (1min total works perfect)
  6. Place your Curry Sauce in a small dish for dunking your wrap right in
  7. Time to assemble these belters starting with your Cheese, followed by your Rice and then your Chicken & Peppers – wrap them a pro and place it back into your airfryer for a few mins to get that wrap crispy!
