All three of the sauce mixes are vegan friendly and the Chilli Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce is also available for vegans. Unfortunately the Cantonese Sweet And Sour and the Cantonese Satay Sauce are not vegan at this time.
The synns for our sauses and mixes are the following;
Medium curry sauce = 4 per 28g of powder (or 100g of made up sauce)
Extra hot curry sauce= 4 per 28g of powder (or 100g of made up sauce)
Southern style gravy= 3.5 per 17g of powder (or 100g of made up sauce)
Cantonese satay sauce= 4 per 100g of sauce
Cantonese sweet and sour= 7 per 100g of sauce
Chilli black bean= 4.5 per 100g of sauce
The recipe of the Cantonese Satay Stir Fry Sauce was changed and as a result some pots with the previous recipe show a different nutrition to the website. The nutrition details shown on the website is correct.
